(PCM) Hulu has revealed that actor Hugh Dancy will be joining the cast of their new original series “The Way” playing the character of Cal Roberts. The series is scheduled to begin shooting this September in New York and will premiere in early 2016. Dancy joins previous announced cast members Aaron Paul and Michelle Monaghan who will also star in the series.
“The Way”will examine a family at the center of a controversial movement struggling with relationships, marriage and power, with each episode taking an in-depth look at what it means to choose between the life we live and the life we want.
Cal Roberts is the charismatic face of “The Way”, entangled in a complicated relationship with two other members of the movement, Sarah (Michelle Monaghan) and her conflicted husband, Eddie (Aaron Paul). Cal will battle personal demons and bold ambition as he strives to take the organization into its next generation.
